I can use this on multiple cameras which is what makes it so good. Quality is great. I will be using this a lot.

Perfect for Hybrid Shooters

I am 100% a hobbyist, I wouldn’t even call myself an amateur. I shoot videos for my friends and of nature. I have no actual *need* for this other than my enjoyment of building out a rig as a hobby.

It does its job very well. I have placed a vertical horizontal Swiss clamp that allows me to use my camera cage’s built in arca plate to mount it. All of my video essential items are mounted to the rig. When it comes to tear down and go shoot photos, I slide my camera out. This is exactly what I’ve always wanted.

The build quality is great and the blue finish is gorgeous. Power pass through works fine for my monitor and S1Rii.

Hot Swap Versatility

I own the handle "SONY FX30/FX3 Cinerig Top Handle" and I love it. I have my 2nd FX3 that mostly rides on a gimbal and it's kitted as such, BUUUUT in those rare times when I really need it to play more of a long shooter role in a pinch, this unit fits the bill perfectly. I can literally attach the included baseplate. I have a set of power/monitor cables I leave on the unit, and it's ready for tripod/shoulder use in about 30 seconds. It's currently hanging in the office, waiting for its 1st outing, but I imagine it will be soon. I've been doing a lot of 3 Cam interviews lately. It's an awesome addition to the lineup. I'm glad to have an alternative to the other V-mount plates on the market.

Using with Nikon Z8

Excellent quality. I just wish the switch was on the side and the D-Tap cables were turned so the 90 degree on the cords went away from camera. That would make it easier if the unit is pushed up against the back of the camera.

This is next level. Gave me a professional look and helped my get the best rig.

On most of my shoots, I do handheld with a prime lens and gimbal with a 24/70mm. My handheld was just the camera and lens giving me shaky footage and a lot of back pain. This new rig I built with the OMNIA spread’s the weight, let me mount accessories and gives me stable footages. As a professional you need this. Couldn’t have asked for a better CineRig 👌🏽
