from 122 reviewsAwesome can use any camera on this rig. Something that truely was missing from anyones setup, especially as one rig allows me use any camera whether a nikon or a blackmagic camera. The new nikon ZR camera is at the moment mounted on the OMNIA Universal Cinema Rig .
I can now add a transmitter for a external directors monitor or and mount a exernal camera operator monitor and a SSD drive and even a mic if not using a external recording system which i tend to use.
You can use other add ons from a well known brands like a extra hotshoe or mount bracket etc.
Thinking of buying a 2nd so i can have two camera setup if required. Happy days from here in the UK.thanks you guys. cant wait to bet out there and use it. Get one you will not be sorry.
I love how it looks, and also how well it balances with the top handle and monitor mounted, using an A74 and lenses between 500-700 grams.
Really need a quick way to remove my camera from the rig and the Omnia was perfect. I love the extra touch of blue color.

Highly recommended!
I can use this on multiple cameras which is what makes it so good. Quality is great. I will be using this a lot.
Received my Cinerig recently and I have to say it is well worth the money. It’s a well thought out design, solidly built and easy to put together in the configuration I needed.
I was really impressed by the quality of the build. Once I bolted in the Tilta caged R5C, the whole rig now has wonderful balance that makes shooting better. It does add some weight obvioulsy but that is a good thing - allowing more smoothness to handheld work.
I am 100% a hobbyist, I wouldn’t even call myself an amateur. I shoot videos for my friends and of nature. I have no actual *need* for this other than my enjoyment of building out a rig as a hobby.
It does its job very well. I have placed a vertical horizontal Swiss clamp that allows me to use my camera cage’s built in arca plate to mount it. All of my video essential items are mounted to the rig. When it comes to tear down and go shoot photos, I slide my camera out. This is exactly what I’ve always wanted.
The build quality is great and the blue finish is gorgeous. Power pass through works fine for my monitor and S1Rii.
I own the handle "SONY FX30/FX3 Cinerig Top Handle" and I love it. I have my 2nd FX3 that mostly rides on a gimbal and it's kitted as such, BUUUUT in those rare times when I really need it to play more of a long shooter role in a pinch, this unit fits the bill perfectly. I can literally attach the included baseplate. I have a set of power/monitor cables I leave on the unit, and it's ready for tripod/shoulder use in about 30 seconds. It's currently hanging in the office, waiting for its 1st outing, but I imagine it will be soon. I've been doing a lot of 3 Cam interviews lately. It's an awesome addition to the lineup. I'm glad to have an alternative to the other V-mount plates on the market.
Excellent quality. I just wish the switch was on the side and the D-Tap cables were turned so the 90 degree on the cords went away from camera. That would make it easier if the unit is pushed up against the back of the camera.
I was skeptical at first when they said "the most comfortable top handle" however after using various handles from SmallRig, Tilta and Kondor Blue, this handle really is the most comfortable. Who knew what difference an extra 30mm would make? The handle just fits so perfectly in the hand with fingers gripping the contoured underside. Has all the additional mounting points you'll need plus in my opinion the perfect 45° ARRI 3/8" mount for your monitor!
I have all of my Lumix camera sporting the cineback. I love having the flexibility to full right these camera's or break them down depending on the job. They look amazing, and work great. The team has always been fully supportive and helpful, so I'm thankful for that.
On most of my shoots, I do handheld with a prime lens and gimbal with a 24/70mm. My handheld was just the camera and lens giving me shaky footage and a lot of back pain. This new rig I built with the OMNIA spread’s the weight, let me mount accessories and gives me stable footages. As a professional you need this. Couldn’t have asked for a better CineRig 👌🏽
I’ve been trying to find a good cage for the Z6iii, even contacting manufacturers and pleading with them to make one. If you’ve looked, you know there aren’t many, but at least a few more than when I started to look. Then I found out about the Cinerig and immediately ordered one. Thanks for making it in gold mount as well as V. The camera felt entirely different in the Cinerig and I had to get reaquainted. The first thing I noticed was having to change my feel for locating buttons on the right side of the camera because I couldn’t see them any more. But this is a good thing as I can do it now with my eye in the viewfinder. The other thing to get used to is the weight. In my case it’s better because the feel of tripod moves is easier with the weight being more like a video camera. This Cinerig is overkill for hybrid shooters or occasional video shooters, but video is 100% of my use and this is a dream for studio and location use on a tripod.
