We developed this regulated PD USB-C to D-tap Cable exclusively to power Sony FX30/FX3/A7sIII/A7IV/ZV-E1, and Lumix S5II/S5IIX cameras safely. Power output is regulated with built-in DC-DC current stabliser for peace of mind.
This cable is perfect for the Rigid.PRO Standard and Top Handle Edition camera bases. Powering your camera via USB-C will keep your camera voltage steady, while keeping the original Sony camera battery charged by the V-mount battery while in use.
Note, when the camera is connected by USB-C, you still need to use a battery in the camera body. The Master Power isolation switch on the Rigid.PRO camera base will only turn on/off connected components to D-Tap, however as there is a battery within the camera still, it will not switch on/off the camera.

After purchasing the cable, I unfortunately had received a faulty one. I contacted the customer support and they immediately sent a working one as a replacement. I‘m super happy with the cable as it works as expected. The length is perfect aswell! Can only recommend

Using the cable with either a standalone V mount battery or the CineRig back makes it so easy to power my camera using DTAP to USBC PD.
