Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Rigid Pro Pty Ltd ABN 71 650 149 009 (we, us, our, or RIGID.PRO) and you.

Placing an order
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of purchase. We may ask for additional details to verify your order.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you realise you've entered an incorrect address, email store@rigid.pro immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, see the Rejected Shipments section of our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Pricing
All prices on the Website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise shown. Your card or payment provider will charge you in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

- Australian customers: Goods & Services Tax (GST) is shown at checkout and included in your total.
- International customers: orders are not subject to Australian GST or any other sales tax charged by us. Certain countries or states may charge import fees or duties.

We reserve the right to vary prices displayed on the Website at any time without notice. Prices do not include third-party insurance or secondary delivery attempts.

Payment
We currently accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Additional payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or local methods may appear at checkout depending on your device and location.

After payment, you'll receive a transaction confirmation email. If we don't receive cleared funds within 48 hours of your order, we'll email you to follow up.

Card security: we never store your full credit card details. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers.

Shipping
Free DHL Express shipping worldwide on all rigs, regardless of order value or destination.

Local pick-up is not available. All orders ship via DHL Express. In rare cases, we may use Australia Post or an alternate carrier at our discretion.

Delivery timeframes
We cannot guarantee delivery times, but you should receive your order within:
- Australia: 2-5 business days from dispatch
- International: 2-5 business days from dispatch

During peak periods (for example, around Christmas) shipping may take a little longer. If you haven't received your order within these timeframes, email store@rigid.pro with your name and order number and we'll investigate.

Delivery may also be delayed if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Customs and import duties
Rigid.PRO ships from Australia. For most destinations, DHL Express handles customs clearance on your behalf, and any applicable import duties or taxes are billed to the recipient at delivery.

Import duties and rates vary by country. You can estimate your local fees using SimplyDuty's calculator at https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/. The HS Code for Rigid.PRO rigs is 9006.91.

Rigid.PRO is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment being received in cleared funds.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled by the customer without our written agreement. If you change your mind, see our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Rigid.PRO may cancel your order if we are unable to supply the items. We will contact you immediately and refund you in full. We are not liable for any indirect loss, expense, or inconvenience resulting from a cancellation.

Missing items
If anything is missing from your order, email store@rigid.pro with your order number and the item name or code, and we'll investigate and resolve it.

Refunds and returns
Any refund or return requests are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Marketing communications
By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping Terms, you consent to receive electronic communications from Rigid.PRO about products, promotions, and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or by emailing store@rigid.pro.

Governing law
The laws of Victoria, Australia, govern these Purchase & Shipping Terms.
