Does OMNIA fit my camera?
Yes. OMNIA is engineered as a universal platform and fits every mirrorless, DSLR and compact cinema camera with a standard 1/4-20 mounting thread — every Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Nikon, Fujifilm, Blackmagic, RED and ARRI body shipping today. The ARCA quick-release base plate attaches to any camera's standard tripod thread. Unsure about a specific body? Email store@rigid.pro — we'll confirm before you buy.
Do I need a separate cage?
No. OMNIA is a complete cinema rig — the chassis is the cage. You don't need to buy a SmallRig, 8Sinn, SHAPE or Tilta cage on top. Every mounting point, cold shoe, 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 thread you'd need is already machined into the rig.
V-Mount or Gold Mount — which do I choose?
V-Mount (Sony-style) and Gold Mount (Anton Bauer-style) are interchangeable in function — pick whichever matches your existing batteries. V-Mount is more common in mirrorless and indie film workflows. Gold Mount is more common in broadcast and US rental houses. Both plates have 4× D-Tap outputs.
What if I'm unhappy with it?
Warranty returns are accepted within 12 months for manufacturing defects. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted — we keep the upfront price low rather than build returns overhead into it. Read our full refund policy before ordering.
